Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for RevPrism. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
14-Day Free Trial
All new accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be suspended and no charge will be made.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with RevPrism for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@revprism.ai. Refunds are processed by Paddle and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings section of your account. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
